Canopy Support Services

COVID-19 update

As of May 16, 2022 our main office location will be open to the public. We continue to follow the recommended MCCSS and Public Health recommendations. Screening and mask wearing at all Canopy locations and in person meetings are mandatory for all staff and visitors.

Passport Coordinators will be meet with recipients by appointment only or on scheduled drop in days. The Passport team will continue to monitor and respond to calls and emails.

We continue to monitor the situation and will provide new information as it becomes available on our website.

York Support Services Network

COVID-19 update

YSSN continues to encourage people to call, email or meet virtually whenever possible. In cases where you need to meet with someone in person, meetings are available by appointment. If you would like to meet with a worker, please call to arrange a time.

To help ensure everyone’s safety, all visitors will be required to self-screen and follow safety protocols. Please do not visit our offices if you suspect you have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus or are feeling unwell.

Your safety is important to us

As an agency who receives funding from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS), we fall under a directive requiring mandatory implementation of a COVID-19 vaccination policy.

As of September 23, 2021, all YSSN staff are required to be fully vaccinated or participating in Rapid Antigen Testing at least two times per week. A copy of YSSN’s Vaccination Policy is available here should you require further information.
